The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with my reservation and Deanna was able to straighten it out with no problems. She was super sweet and friendly. All the other staff were great as well. The hotel was clean and easy to access. It was quiet. I liked that the layout of the hotel is exactly like other new Holiday Inn Express hotels.

The hotel was clean and the lobby was very nice. The staff were so kind and even gave us coupons for the arcade/entertainment venue next door for our family. The room was nice and the bed were very comfortable.

Wonderful staff. Front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and very helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good. Fresh ground coffee was spectacular.

Room was spacious, clean and more than comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions asked. Breakfast was delicious and checkout very easy.

The breakfast was excellent--really appreciate that the oatmeal was prepared in a slow cooker; loved my cinnamon bagel. The comfort of the bed was exceptional. We had been looking for a quiet, reasonable place close to Chicago. (We make our halfway stop from Minnesota as close to Chicago as possible--we will be coming back here regularly! There is a new, lively shopping area (The Arboretum) nearby which had several meal choices.

Fast and easy check in and out. Coffee available 24/7! Mini store and complimentary items you may have forgotten! Super clean and quiet even on a concert night! I highly recommend staying here. Easy walk to the NOW arena.
